Our clients are individuals and therefore no 2 packages of care/support will ever be the same. You are kept at the heart of all Adaptable Support Ltd do so please contact us so that we can develop a tailor made package that is completely unique to you.




Young Adults & Adults


  • Support for adults with physical disabilities, sensory loss, including dual diagnosis, mental health and learning disabilities.
  • Support to empower clients to monitor their own health & well-being
  • Support with prompting, monitoring and administering medication (Non-invasive routes only)
  • Personal Care tasks such as dressing, undressing, bathing, showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and toilet and continence requirements
  • Support with nutrition and fluid intake. For example, meal planning and support to develop cooking skills.
  • Palliative Care
  • Light domestic and home help services
  • Support to access appointments and work alongside specialists such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists
  • Support to access local groups and services and promote community presence
  • Support to develop life, domestic and social skills
  • Support to establish and maintain personal safety and security
  • Risk Assessment and liason with specialist services for the access to aids and adaptations
  • Local Transport and escort for shopping, errands and visits
  • Support to access religious and cultural groups and activities.

Family & Carers


  • Support is included as standard practice, when required, for parents/carers and families when Adaptable Support Ltd support or care for your loved ones.
  • Regular contact and updates on the client we support, with their permission.
  • Companionship
  • Signposting to other local services
  • Impartial emotional support
  • Small errands that do not distract from the support provided to the client.

Children & Young People


  • Support/care for children with a Special Educational Need or Disability.
  • Support to access local groups, events and services.
  • Provide support during short respite hours.

Services Adaptable Support Ltd Do Not Provide


There are some things that we are unable to help you with and as an open and honest company we felt it appropriate to make this just as clear as the services we can provide. Some of this is because Health and Safety Legislation prohibits us and some of it is because it would be more appropriate for other services or professionals to help.

Services Adaptable Support Ltd can not provide;

  • Assistance with wounds – including the cleaning and dressing of.
  • Lifting and moving in excess of their personal ability.
  • Changing curtains, lightbulbs or cleaning windows.
  • Lifting or moving heavy furniture or other items.
  • Complete DIY Tasks.
  • Provide any continence aids or specialist equipment – including things such as wheelchairs and bath aids.
  • Provide a babysitting service.
  • Be substituted for an Educational Setting/Service.
  • Write or sign your will or make any benefit applications on your behalf.
  • Manage your finances or make financial decisions on your behalf.
  • Provide clinical advice and guidance on medication and health concerns.
